The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve executes its mission at the local level through local committees in the 54 states and territories. The Maryland Committee works closely with Maryland companies and reserve component units of all of other services to ensure that employers, guardsmen and reservists understand their rights and responsibilities when local units are called into active duty.  We are also available locally to answer questions and help work out any frictions between employers and employee.
