Howard County Employers Honored by Department of Defense for extraordinary support of employees who serve in the Maryland National Guard and Reserve

Columbia, Maryland – The Maryland Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, held its Howard County Employer Awards Luncheon .on October 20, 2010 at Nottingham’s Tavern, Columbia Maryland. Mr.George Doetsch, ESGR Maryland Chair, presented the Above and Beyond Award to local employers, a Seven Seals Award to Lisa Macek, a friend of MD ESGR, and several My Boss is a Patriot Award.
